I had a meeting with Rick and his uncle Tom about doing corporate visual therapy. Since mid- and upper-level management read all day long, I wanted to see if WNS would be willing to do corporate visual therapy to improve reading speed and comprehension.
They said yes and we scheduled vis-a-graph reading test and found the average reading speed for the 22 employees was 150 words per minute.
The team completed 12 weeks of visual therapy and their reading speed increased to 237 words per minute with two employees over 440 words per minute and one employee finishing his first book. The employees said they could finish their work faster, with less effort, and greater accuracy.
Rick said their bottom line increased, by more than 300%! Something no one could have expected.
